a pause in provence

This week I traveled to Provence for the first time to discover the region and scout locations for an upcoming retreat that I am helping my dear friend Audrey with. I could feel that the changes from winter to spring were already happening, slowly. I fell in love with this region of France and I hope you enjoy just a few images from the “masion” we stayed in. If you have any interest in the upcoming Provence retreat, feel free to click here.

L' Amour Fou

L’amour Fou “ crazy love” was the theme of Edson and Maude’s spring wedding in Paris. This couple was so adorable and in love. They have known each other for many years and have an precious baby girl together. Their wedding was stylish in an ever so french way. The official ceremony was held in the town hall, followed by an intimate reception soriee at Les Jardins du Pont Neuf in Paris.

Sweet Santa Barbara Elopement

Sometimes you just feel the need to toss all your big wedding plans aside and elope in on of the most beautiful places in the world, Santa Barbara. It was my pleasure to be apart of this small gathering and document the wedding of Carrie and TJ from Texas.

Many people forget that the Louvre is much more than the famous pyramids. There are so many less traveled areas of the louvre to have private space for an elopement.

Best Time: All year, covered areas throughout in case of bad weather

#1 Museum Rodin

My number 1 pick for best elopement location goes to the stunning and grandeur Museum Rodin. It has it all, beautiful gardens, intimate corners and typical Paris architecture.

Best Time: Spring and Fall
